We had a wonderful stay! The place is great. We had our kids and grandkids and there was plenty of room. Property is in great shape! Matt was an excellent host! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The house is immaculately clean and fully stocked with everything you could need for a Fenwick beach getaway! Sheets, towels, and even beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and toys were available for use at the house. The rooms are equipped with very comfortable queen sized beds, and the bunk beds are full twin sized so fit an adult in a pinch. Matt was communicative and helpful leading up to our rental weekend, and provided a full house guide to answer any lingering questions. My 7 month old nephew had an absolute blast meeting all of his cousins and experiencing the beach for the first time! The house is on coastal highway with access from a side street, but we didn’t hear traffic or experience any noise issues. We had a great family vacation and would absolutely rent again!

The house is open concept which made plenty of space for family meals and games. It was an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and activities.
