Great and quiet location, clean rooms and a fridge for a diy breakfast!
The mattress on the bed (Regent's Room) needs to be changed as it sagged in the middle like a hammock!

Location from the station and zoo was good for us.
Late check in. No one around

Loved the room and the space.
Nice clean and tidy and easy to access.
Not noisy and easy to get to from Wembley with many Cafes nearby
On the top floor (no lift) the window didn't shut properly. Although there was a fan in the room, this will be cold if not fixed for winter, but I would book again.

Modern and great location, clean rooms
AC in my suite wasn’t working but they had a fan instead. Still took an hour to cool the room, but after that it was ok. Nice quiet spot too. Good provision.
