Fabulously swift and easy- an unbelievably smooth check-in process! The host sent detailed photos showing every step of the way. We disembarked from the ferry from Split, and we were in the apartment within 15 minutes (the host even accommodated our request for early check-in) There are stairs to climb with your luggage, but that's life in Hvar! The stairs are beautifully built; it was part of the adventure in this amazing city. Prepare yourself for a view from the patio that is exquisite! We sat on the patio whenever we were at the apartment, thanking the stars for a view that is WORLD CLASS, a perfect view. Travel the world and you won't find anything better. The host: Top Top accommodating, super responsive. A huge apartment with a huge patio (with a wood-burning oven! that we didn't use) and a balcony off the dining room with equally amazing views. Three-bedrooms. Where on earth can you find such a place at this price?

Number one: this apartment is in an amazing city, built on cliffs around the sea. If you want to be surrounded by 5-star luxury, go to a hotel. We didn't mind the apartment's idiosyncrasies. That's part of the charm. (You can read about those idiosyncrasies in the reviews here. They did not bother us in the least.) As you can see under "Facilities," there's no washing machine. But the host offers a place to get your laundry done at a very reasonable cost. Again: if you need something, the host is ready to help 24/7. The patio furniture could use some tender love and care, but again, YOU have a one-in-a-million view of the Adriatic! WE loved our stay.

Un poco oscuro y la instalaciones un poco antiguas.

L'emplacement, la vue époustouflante, la taille de l'hébergement, sa propreté.

Des choses surprenantes pour le prix : des télévisions volontairement inutilisables, le lave-linge débranché, pas de produit de douche, des chaises dans la salle à manger qui partent en morceaux, des coussins qui manquent sur la terrasse, pas de lumière sur la terrasse, etc. Sans compter un système électrique non conforme (prise masquée par du papier, la moitié des lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas, fils électriques dans une gouttière) et le locataire du dessous très intrusif... On s'arrête là, même si on pourrait continuer longtemps... Dommage, cet appartement pourrait être une merveille en étant correctement équipé.
