Our family of five stayed here for two nights and loved the house. Great space to spread out, wonderful light in the upper level, and convenient to everywhere we needed to go in Flagstaff. Mason was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend!

The house itself was very cool, but it was not clean...just surface clean. Towels all had a weird smell my daughters bed had dog hair on it and smelled like dog. The sheets didn't feel clean. The main bathroom shower was both a hand held and regular, however you could not adjust it and it was stuck in between both heads... which gave uneven flow in both heads. A plethora of throw pillows on sofa and beds, in the living room the pillows were covered with soot. If you walked barefoot your feet became dirty from the floors. It was just gross. Its too bad because the house is really cool. They wanted us to start a load of wash when we left, however there was no laundry soap available, which explains the awful smell of the towels and why the sheets felt dirty. The owner should really have his cleaner crew get it together, if they do it will be a great place to stay.

Great and comfortable host in a great location. We rented this to celebrate Thanksgiving out of state with our daughter that goes to NAU and brought the whole gang. Everything was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for eight of us! The yard was large and secure for our dogs, and we loved that there were a couple rooms ands a bathroom downstairs as well as a couple bedrooms up. Thank you for being wonderful hosts. The description was accurate and location very close to everything.

Fun house, great vibe and perfect location to downtown restaurants and breweries. Even in a major heat wave there were plenty of fans to keep us comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. All appliances were in good working order and we enjoyed the back deck and grill. Space was enough for 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the two floors helped with downtime. Would certainly rent again :-)

Don’t rent this house in the summer, it has no cooling system, and there is no mention of that in the listing. It was not habitable during the day and evening because of the heat. When I am spending this much money to rent a house I want to be able to enjoy it and spend time in it. We just couldn’t do that which was disappointing. While we appreciated the fans the owner dropped off the first night when we complained of the heat, we wondered why weren’t they already in the home when he knew it was going to be 94 degrees. Sadly, the fans did little to help. Additionally, it was difficult to communicate with the owner. He did not respond to our communications in a timely manner. The location is great, walkable to town, and the beds are comfy. The back patio was pretty with trees and views of the mountain, but the furniture was pretty weathered and there was old food stuck to the grill. I wish the owner would have mentioned that they did not have cooling in the house. It would have saved a lot of disappointment.

Nice place fully stocked with household equipment. Everything we needed was in the house. Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. My only suggestion would be to clean the living room couches and outdoor patios.

The house was a good size with 4 bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs). Having a washer/dryer is a big plus if you 3 ever need them. The location is great as it's only a 9 min walk to downtown.

The surface areas are neat and somewhat clean. However, there are a number of items where you may seriously think of hiring a new cleaning service. Trivial but applicable, the OLD beanbag chair is shedding foam and should be thrown out. The blankets are not soft nor are they clean, they smell. The more important areas to address are the towels that have an awful smell. This may have something to do with the washing machine and it not being clean. The detergent receptacle is filthy and was hard to look at. I was extremely hesitant about washing the towels we used in that machine but had not other option. The cupboard liners are sticky so when using a dish or cup, it had to be washed before use. The worse observed item that needs to be addressed immediately is the stove vent. It’s so filthy I dared not cook on the stove fearing what may fall in the food. How your cleaning service is overlooking this matter is hard to imagine.
