Had a wonderful stay in Aruba at Mark’s property! He was great to work with and very responsive. Great location, rented a car which was great to be able to run to grocery store for food and drinks, and even cooked on the grill a couple nights for dinner. Having the pool was amazing for morning and evening swims and the rooftop deck was so relaxing with great views! Loved all the beach bars and restaurants that were close to the property. We also took a UTV tour, played golf, visited the lighthouse, got a spa massage and even did a beach yoga session! It was the trip of the lifetime!!

The house was exactly what we were looking for. It is spacious, has lots of amenities, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the pool! We will book here again without hesitation!

We had an amazing time. Mark, the host, was fantastic from the very beginning. He responded very quickly to my questions. Most of my friends stayed at the Marriott, so I had a lot of questions about renting a house and driving around on the island. Mark answered so so many questions that were not related to the property, but more to vacationing in Aruba. The house is beautiful. 4 large bedrooms with king beds and private bath for each room. Beautiful lightening system. We enjoyed the pool more than we thought we would. I counted many chairs for eating around the pool deck. The upstairs outside deck was perfect for relaxing after a morning at the beach. A nice combination of shade (chickee) and sun around the pool. Location of the house was perfect. About 5 min drive to the Marriott and Moomba beach (parking places). So easy to get to Arashi and Eagle beaches - more space and less hectic than Palm beach. Supermarket was less than 10 minutes away. Izaira, the property manager, was amazing as well - friendly, knowledgeable, very available. I needed help with a minor fixing which could have waited till the next morning. But she came the same night to help. Looking forward to staying at Bakval 4 in the future. Great house every room has its own bathroom. Great indoor outdoor space , it was amazing to sit outside. We love Aruba for its safety and beautiful beaches. We always Rent-A-Car and go around the whole island. This was a great house to come home to every night grill food and hang out after long beach day dip in the pool ! One of the bedrooms access is from outside near the pool, didn’t matter to us. The property was super clean and was very easy to talk to the property manager and owner. If you need anything, they’re right, there would go again And the super food grocery store is amazing! Also used Aruba‘s baby rental service, for everything we need thank you

What a beautiful, charming house just steps outside of the Palm Beach conveniences, restaurants, bars, beaches, and activities! The house fit our party of seven perfectly. It was exceptionally clean, plenty of areas around the pool to hide from the sun and had a great window in the kitchen that we could open up when we decided to do a house pool day to bring the inside of the home to the outside pool area. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. Walking distance to Oak Restaurant (amazing!) Above all, the ownership and management of the property was what made our trip - exceptionally easy to work with communicated well and efficiently, and the property is just as advertised. This was our second time in Aruba the first time we stayed at a resort in this time rented a home for a week and jeeps to tour the island. Both are great, as Aruba is great, but if you’re traveling with another family or children, I would personally highly recommend renting a home. This one was perfect for us!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom, bathroom, and smart tv. We rented a Jeep and it was very easy to get around the island. The property manager was welcoming when we arrived and was quick to respond if we had a question.

The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beach chairs, towels and coolers were in fabulous condition. The location of the property is perfect. We walked to Palm beach a few times and driving to the other beaches and supermarket was very simple. Thank you for helping to make our girl's trip everything we needed. Mark is a terrific owner. He purchased this home after our initial booking and the swap over was seamless. Mark responds immediately to any questions and has great recommendations. He's put a lot of attention into upgrades and just had new palapas installed to provide much needed shade for the pool and deck. The home was spotless and tastefully decorated. The pool, patio and deck are fantastic and allowed us to relax in the evenings after full days at the beautiful beaches and excursions. Izaira the manager popped over with brand new beach chairs for us and helped us with some rental car issues. The home is just moments from the Ritz & Marriott and conveniently located to our favorite Arashi beach. We preferred Eagle beach over Palm beach and it was also a quick ride away. It was a week of Paradise for our family of 5 adults. It's also a 2 minute walk from Oak Restaurant which was fantastic-book early!!

Loved the house and the location. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and we were within walking distance of the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed/wanted and lots of extras. Outside area was great - we loved this house.

This Villa is beautiful and was more than what the description states. It had all the comforts of home. The pool area was gorgeous and the new papalas and lounge chairs around the pool were a welcome edition. We enjoyed the pool so much and spent a lot of time there. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. The house was spotless. The owner, Mark, was extremely nice and very helpful and answered my texts very promptly. The property manager, Iziara, was also very prompt in answering my texts. I highly recommend this Villa to everyone looking for a first class rental. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. It is an awesome place to stay! I would rent this Villa again in a heartbeat. Thanks Mark for making our stay in Aruba so wonderful! 😊

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals, including an American style coffee maker and teapot. We recommend that you visit the house first and check-in before grocery shopping. We had a great experience at Super Foods where prices/food items were comparable to the US. The washer and dryer were also handy, but be prepared to use a translator, as the controls are in Spanish. The beds were extremely comfortable, the sheets were 100% cotton, and the host accommodated the allergy sensitivities of some in our party by preparing the bed with scent free detergent. You may consider bringing a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to morning light, as there are not blackout shades on the bedroom windows. The bathrooms were graciously sized with plenty of on demand hot water. The room air conditioning was superb. The communication from the host was wonderful! This was especially important when we rented our van and attempted to locate the property. Aruba streets are laid out in a very unique way and for first time visitors they may take some getting used to. While the location of the property is slightly more than a short walk to the beach, it is ideal when considering it's proximity to the main resort/entertainment district and the adjoining beaches. Upon check-in, the property manager took time to explain all of the amenities available on the property and her expectations regarding our care of the property. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property for our next vacation to Aruba! The Doak/Lanier/May Family

Everything about this place was great. It's everything that's described in the listing and more. Location - this house is super-easy to access, has plenty of parking, and is close to the high-rise hotel area, which is where we prefer to visit the beach. Several grocery stores are within a few minutes' drive and there's a restaurant/bar almost next door. The house was super clean and had every dish, pot, pan, etc. that you need on a daily basis. There was plenty of space to hang out with, especially outside. We spent a lot of time on the patio, and the layout of the house protects some of the sitting areas from the wind. Also, later in the afternoon, part of the pool is shaded, which was also nice. The elevated patio outside gives a good view of the area, and was especially beneficial for viewing the New Year's fireworks. (Side note - if you've never seen the fireworks, you're missing out on one of the best events in Aruba!). Ken and the local property manager, Iziara, were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and made sure our stay was top notch, start to finish. Overall, this is the best place we've ever stayed at in Aruba (we've been there several times), and will make this our #1 pick going forward.

Ken (owner) and Izaira (manager) were excellent. Both made us feel welcomed and excited about the trip from the moment we booked. Communication was clear and prompt. The house was great - spacious and sunlit!!! And the amenities - beach chairs, coolers, kitchen starters (spices) and not to mention the welcome drinks ; ) were so very much appreciated. We can’t stop talking about when can we make it back!
