Staff was cheerful.
Bed and mattress was the best so far among all our stays in Vietnam.
There was bad smell coming from washroom all the days! Some drainage issue it seemed.
There wasn’t any river view as such.

the property location is good and for the price we paid it was an okay accommodation
the property lacked any cleanliness, the pool was dirty and our room had what must of been the quickest wipe over every day, the floors were always dirty with nails, hair, dirt etc (not ours, we looked under the bed and it was all under there) and the bathroom consistently smelt of sewage at night even after the staff cleaning the bathroom. its okay for the price but we just really didnt feel clean
