The Downtown Historic District is a short 10 minute drive away. Please enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining when visiting the Historic District. Egan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are approximately 5 minutes away. The 27-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is just a mile away.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
