Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, golf courses, and bars. Really enjoyed our stay

The property was great. We overlooked the beach. The beach was nice. We had plenty of room. I will book again.

The condo was wonderful with plenty of extras in the kitchen and "beach" closet to make it feel like home. Communication with the Dawn was flawless.
The property in general was quite the party scene on the weekend with a few things inappropriate for children.

Very clean condo with great views. Perfect bedroom set up for our girls family reunion weekend.
An extra bonus was beach chairs already available in the condo - no need to even bring ours in

12 of us (parents and kids) stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! The condo is huge, decorated beautifully, and has the best ocean view. The room was very clean upon arrival, and the communication with the property manager was excellent! Thank you for an amazing getaway!

We had an awesome vacation and loved this place! We had 3 different families totaling 11 people stay here, and had plenty of room. We had an amazing ocean view! Quick access to the beach. The hotel had a couple heated pools our kids loved. I would definitely recommend this condo and if I come back to Myrtle Brach, will rent again!! Thanks for everything!

Great for a girls trip to Myrtle Beach! As long as you know what you are getting into when you plan a stay to Myrtle Beach, this is a good place to stay! Unit was easy to access from the elevator and had beautiful views and was a great size!

Everything was great. Property manager was easy to get ahold of for quick questions. The complex is nice and the view is amazing. Would definitely come back to the same condo for a return trip.

A very spacious, well appointed Condo with great beach access. The Grandkids loved the pools and the lazy river. Great stay.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The beds were comfortable, the place was CLEAN, the view from the balcony was AMAZING, and the property manager is a SWEETHEART! Absolutely will stay here again!

The process from check in to check out was easy thanks to open communication with the owners of the property. The suite was spacious and clean. The owners were extremely nice.

Direct ocean front. Very large and perfect for families. Great amenities and much nicer than pictures as furniture is now all brand new. Great location and could walk to wherever we needed. Renata the property manager was absolutely fantastic.
