Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Fernandina Beach. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un garage coperto. This was our third year spending a month in this wonderful rental. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Shannon, the property manager, is great to work with and addresses any problems immediately. We already have house reserved for next year.

The home was well stocked, and very well kept. We were greatful that the front yard was fenced for our dog to be safe from the street. Unfortunately the grass was only cut once while we were there for 6 weeks, and it got very tall. My wife insome instances couldn't find the dog poop even when she was by the dog. She'd go out the next day with a bag and search to property. Unfortuntely I couldn't help since I had broken my ankle just before coming to Florida.

This is the second year my friend and I have spent the month of April in 802 S. 9 th Street. We absolutely love it. The house is perfect us and our little dogs. The house is less than 10 minutes to the beach or to downtown. Everyone in the neighborhood is super friendly. The home is well equipped with everything you need including beach chairs etc. We have already reserved again for next year. Ashley Butler, the property manager is wonderful. We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was addressed immediately.
