Kleine nette gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Küchenzeile mit allem Zubehör. Geräumiges Badezimmer. Nachts leise , trotz geöffnetem Fenster. Für maximal zwei Personen empfehlenswert. Tip : Parkplatz hinter dem Kino /Tankstelle Bayreuth kostenlos.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was warm. The place was mostly clean, new and fresh. Loved the exposed beams and green decor.
Better communication is needed as we had no soap or toiletries in either of the two apartments. We contacted the owner but received no reply over the 5 days we were there. The shower was not easily used as the thermostats were missing so it was too hot. {the thermostats were in the other flat so we know what it should have looked like] More pillows were needed. We were woken early on two of the mornings by workmen just outside. The TV had no English channels even though the upstairs flat had BBC news. The approach with graffiti was offputting.
