Location is the best. Property size is very big for a family of four.

Central to everything, big with plenty of rooms and amenities

Stairs, water out of bath tub slow.

This apartment was huge with 2 large bedrooms, large lounge room and kitchen / dining. Great air con in wach room for the heat was a welcome relief. Excellent location round the corner from the Piazza.

The only draw back is the 3.flights of stairs to get there, but good value for those that make the effort.

This apartment is in a very central location and has a large full kitchen and washing machine.

Because of the central location it is very, very loud in the evening. So loud in fact that it feels like you left your windows open even when you haven't. Because of the busy Piazza downstairs there is noise well into the morning hours. This can make it very hard to sleep. Also the beds are very hard and not comfortable, which is such a bummer after a long day of running around Rome. Also the bathroom showers are a little lacking. One is extremely small the other is just an open bathtub with no enclosure so you have to dry everything up after use. Keep in mind that there are a ton of stairs to go up and down to get to this apartment. It's really something that you need to take into consideration before booking especially when having to get your luggage up and down the stairs. I believe there are seven to eight sets of stairs.
