Radiant sunshine rang in the New Year. With less crowds, it was relaxing hanging out on the beach and finding treasures, taking the ferry to Galveston, and seeing a variety of wildlife at the nearby nature conservatories. Besides the beach, loved grilling on the lower deck, watching fireworks, looking at the stars, and dancing with my sweetheart. 🩷

The house was great. Comfy beds, plenty of room for our group. Only issue was that I had to call for my deposit to be returned. Waited 30 days after our departure to call and was told it fell thru the cracks. Issue was handled at that point.

2nd year to rent this beautiful beach house. Wonderful experience with Cobb Real Estate for the past 3 years. I won't rent from any other company or website. We will rent again next year, this same home..Hello Sunshine in Gilchrist. Super Clean, towels and linens provided, kid friendly home as well. This home is awesome, great view of the gulf and its a newer built home. Just Gorgeous! We love it and Cobb Real Estate!

Our stay was wonderful. House has an amazing unobstructed view of the gulf. Very accommodating for a family with children of all ages. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We rented the Hello Sunshine for spring break and it was perfect for 8 of us. We could have added 4-5 easily to sleep but it would have been crowded for the meals or just hangout around the house. House look brand new and is well stocked with everything (except towels and linens but they offer a service for that for extra$$). Easy access to the beach in front just accross the hwy 87. It felt like a private beach. We would definitely rent this place again.
