The house is conveniently located right off HWY 87 however the drive access is difficult to maneuver, you have to back out of the driveway onto HWY 87 and during the busy parts of the day that can be difficult. As for the home itself, it was great. The inside is pristine and the rooms are well organized. You've got a fully stocked kitchen with great appliances to prepare all of your meals. Oh, and the unobstructed view of the gulf is nice!

Overall, the house was excellent. Very clean. The check in process would be better if you could just check in at the house instead of having to go to the property management company. But overall really clean and nice place to stay. First time on bolivar Peninsula.

Cobb Realty did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on the property and whether we’d still be able to visit. Sadly, this was NOT the case with a handful of rental companies! The property was absolutely gorgeous! It felt like a home rather than a rental. It was decorated beautifully and had top of the line appliances, furniture etc. It was by far the nicest home we have rented in this area. The only cons we had were likely related to the hurricane so were situational. There was a lot of standing water so the mosquitos were unbearable. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, getting to the beach was not as convenient as we hoped. We couldn’t just walk across the street due to standing water do we ended up driving to a beach entry. This worked out fine for us but with small children it would have been a hassle. Also, the beach on this end can be dirty (trash, etc) but again it may have been worse due to the hurricane. Overall, we absolutely loved this rental and we will for sure be back! We had an amazing week and Cobb Realty was wonderful!

I picked this location to be out of the crowd and towards high island as much as possible... unfortunately you have to drive their office to get keys when your vacation starts and then the horrible trip when you're leaving and have to add about 30 more minutes of exit traffic after dropping keys off at the end of the weekend. Loved the property, hated the check in method. Will steal clear just to try and stop this annoyance again unfortunately... also note: I have done many many many vrbo and Airbnbs in my life and never had to print sign and fax in a waiver, all that is covered through internet rental policies and not necessary. Their properties make you do this extra step...
