the staff - Sandi and Ibrahim - are always so nice and welcoming.
I have said this many times but nothing can be done about it: the bathrooms are too small!

Everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the overall experience.
Nothing. Everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, very secure hotel. Mr Mohammed at the reception made sure our stay was a memorable one. We thank each and everyone working in the hotel. We also loved the link corridor between the hotel and the Gulan Mall. We will be back for sure.
