Zoya Health & Wellbeing Resort

We had an absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. Everything was even better than we expected. The property was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and you can really tell that a lot of attention has been given to the details. Special thanks to Ebrahim at reception, who was absolutely incredible from the moment we arrived until we checked out. He made the entire experience exceptional, from the smooth check-in and room selection to helping us choose a room with an amazing view and making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference truly outstanding service!

Unfortunately, the property is no longer what it used to be. I stayed here several years ago, and the difference is significant. The humidity is extremely high, cleanliness is unacceptable, the menu has changed, and the entire property is in serious need of maintenance. I don’t know whether the management has changed, but the overall quality has clearly declined. I booked a two-week stay but was so disappointed that I decided to leave after just one week.
