Location is great. A very good place to stay, minutes from the beach

The staff, the reception , ambience, location, and even the little boy Simba - we had one of our best experiences ever. The sea facing suite is what I recommend for anyone who is planning to put up here. And the receptionist handed over a wonderful gift during our checkout. That was quite unexpected. Our stay could not have been any better. Loved it. Hope we visit Havelock soon and I am certain we will stay at the same place next time too

Nothing to comment honestly

The resort has a beautiful and peaceful ambience, making it a perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception team was welcoming, professional, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The restaurant team provided excellent service, and the food was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. The staff was always courteous, attentive, and ready to help. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

There was nothing major to dislike. A few more recreational activities and a wider breakfast selection would make the overall experience even better.

The location of the hotel is apt. Crystal clear water of govindhnagar Beach. The rooms are just 20-50 meters from the beach. The lagoon and suite rooms are extremely spacious but deluxe rooms are not that great. Food here is amazing. Complimentary breakfast is very tasty and has decent options. Staff is friendly.

I felt for the price they're charging, the facilities were not upto the mark. Rooms are spacious, clean and very good but they don't even give the bare minimum toiletries. This was a huge disappointment. We had to literally plead them just for a soap. Definitely not the experience we wanted for the price we paid. There's no telephone, hair dryer, shampoo, body lotion or any other facility you'd get in a luxury hotel. During our stay, there was only one girl doing all the work. She's a receptionist as well as housekeeping staff and her number is given to the guests to call up if we need anything. Considering she's single handedly doing everything, she often forgot our requests. We were not very happy seeing how she was over-utilized in turn affecting our stay.
