Nice smaller home with 1 bathroom located on 2nd floor. 3rd bedroom is on 3rd floor. Staircases are very steep. House has AC but upstairs bedrooms were hot.

This was the perfect location for our Pittsburgh visit. Close to everything we were doing for the weekend. Clean and the property manager was responsive whenever needed. Cleaning crew was still there at 6pm, well after check in, but since we were running late it worked out perfectly and they were very courteous. Overall a great place.

My family stayed in this very adequate home while attending a wedding in Pittsburgh. It is ideal for people visiting Washington Heights area, with restaurants and sites within walking distance. Unfortunately our check-in was delayed by an hour and more importantly there were NO paper products in the entire house…TP, tissues or paper towels!!!! When I called to inquire… I was told to buy some and they’d reimburse me??!! Are you kidding me…VERY unprofessional!!

Appeared to be newly renovated/flipped property. Nice and clean. Beds we’re comfortable but lacked top sheets. Great quite location and strategic for getting around Pittsburgh. We have some suggestions for the owners that would make stays a bit better for other guests but they didn’t compromise our stay.

We arrived at 8pm in 27 degrees with 5 tired and hungry kids and unable to get in. The email said keyless entry only. Nope! The key pad did not work. My husband found a key box on the back door, I reread the emails… NO KEYS in a box were mentioned and keyless entry was highlighted. We got in finally to find it smelled heavily of smoke (we do not smoke, my kids have asthma) and several unclean parts of the kitchen (food in fridge etc…) half a roll of toilet paper and barely any paper towel left after reading there would be both. My kids bare feet were black after 20 minutes of walking on the floors, like why? Then the shower water temp didn’t work properly almost scalding a teenager. 2nd day my two year old dropped a teddy bear, picked it up and found a box of nicotine gum and patches under the nightstand in master bedroom to which she almost tried to eat since it smelled of peppermint gum!!!!!! Each time something happened I immediately reached out. Only reply I got was thank You for telling us, here is money ($50) for coffee or pizza. That doesn’t fix the issues!!! That is not ok. I sent my kids ages during checkout which is important to ensure a property is properly cleaned and ready for a family. All of which I took pictures. I would stay in that area of town again, but how the home is cared for is not ok. Basics must be done. No guests wants to deal with the left overs if another guest! Nor should they!

The host was very prompt! The house was large and spacious and perfect for our family of all ages. The only issue was the dryer not getting hot but they responded quickly to that issue. Great location and just as listed! I would stay again for sure
