A friendly welcome from host John and a peaceful night sleep. Smooth communication despite the last minute booking. Thank you.

The location was great, easy to find. The checking in arrangements were great also. Had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. I used the handy mini ironing board & iron. There were Coffee & Tea making facilities, Hairdryer, nice soft Towels too!
Nothing not to like.

The property was very clean 10/10
Nicely decorated
There was a fridge in the room
It was quiet
The host was friendly and helpful
The bed was so hard. It needs either a new mattress or a mattress topper. Neither of us slept as we couldn’t get comfortable. New pillows are also needed.
The room was VERY small.
We were also a little disappointed with the distance from Irvine.
Tiny TV in room.
