Stayed with wife and four kids. Couldn't have been happier. The place was beautiful, the view was great, and it was nice being so close to town. 10 out of 10! Very minor suggestions: - the deck railing could use a little repair - a couple of lounge chairs on the deck would be nice

Very nice property with a beautiful view for your morning coffee. Great value! Very clean, and spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. A short drive to downtown, and great German food! Definitely Want to come back!

What a beautiful property! Well appointed with incredible views of the valley. Close enough to everything but far enough away that we were not feeling disturbed at all. FANTASTIC beds - rarely have I stayed in a VRBO that has good beds - this one does! Water pressure is a tad low, and having only 2 bathrooms would be a challenge if you had the cabin at full capacity, but overall highly recommend!

The pros—- beautiful setting, amazing view, good sized home with plenty of beds. We did get an email back from manager after discovering all the ladybugs ourselves. Good sized kitchen island and dining table. Cons—- Ladybug infestation going on! They were EVERYWHERE in the home and hundreds of dead ones in carpet, windowsills and base moulding. Hot tub was nice but filter was very dirty and a lot of sand in base. Water pressure and hot temperature upstairs bathroom is very weak, downstairs was adequate. TVs were difficult to use and couldn’t turn up the volume in the game room so the kids could watch. Overall rating 6 of 10.

Absolutely beautiful home. I was originally told check in time was 4pm. Then I received a text that is was 5pm. I called twice on two separate days and was told they would look into it and call me back. They did not. I called around 2pm that day and finally was put in touch with ”Julie.” She went over and beyond to make it right. We were able to check in appropriately. Also it was not nearly as remote as the pictures lead you to believe. There is another house directly behind this one. Also, minimal water pressure in the downstairs bathroom. I’m talking MINIMAL. Overall, however, the home is absolutely beautiful. The views off the deck are breathtaking and surreal. There is a hidden gargoyle in the house. It kept five adults entertained for way too long until we found it! I would stay here again.

The property wasn’t clean. The house was a mess. The bathrooms were terrible. We called property management and they said they will clean but all they did was left some bedding and towels that we had to change ourselves. They said they would come the next day to clean but they didn’t come.

The kitchen had lots of good pots and pans and we were able to make most of our meals at the house. The bunk beds on the third floor were a nice feature. The first night we, unfortunately, had some very loud neighbors partying outside until almost 2. We called the management company the next day about it and they were so helpful in resolving the problem. We had no further issues with noise. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We ate a lot and pretty much everything we needed was in the kitchen. Having a piano was a huge plus. It was clean, close to town, and we could run to Safeway if needed. Property managers were quick to respond. And the view in the morning was great. Perfect for the fam to get away for the weekend.

Perfect accommodations for grandparents and adult kids with kids!! Fun kids room and 3 nice beds for adults. Very comfortable living/dining area and fully stocked kitchen. The huge yard was so fun for all of us as we played yard games and watched deer every day! River access very close as is the town. Highly recommend this property!

The house is amazing with spectacular views. The location is fantastic, being so close to town but far enough away that you don’t have to worry about the traffic of constant busyness of town. Highly recommend.

Had a nice stay for a ladies getaway. The view is gorgeous. The only tricky thing with this rental is their is only one bathroom (other than the master suite) and it is on the bottom floor. Not an ideal layout for a ladies group but would be fine for families.

Wonderful. Fast maintenance. The kiddos love the bunk setups. Overall, a beautiful home. Only issue we had were the bathroom fans did not work and shower with low pressure especially the downstairs bathroom showers very low. We loved our stay regardless.

There was a total of 5 of us with a baby, so being near downtown Leavenworth was very important for convenience. Would not walk to town, but saw many neighbors do so. The beds were extremely comfortable! Favorite thing was the king bed and the hot tub! The only cons would be that whenever you would turn the faucet on (sinks & showers), it would smell of sulfur. I'm not sure if that was normal. Also, the description mentions no animals and cleaning happening between stays. However, we could not sit on the couch or the chairs on the patio without getting dog hair all over us (I'm guessing from the previous renters). Also, description mentions to bring your own condiments (like salt, etc.) But the house actually has lots of stuff like that. We didn't see any wild animals but the morning we left, we saw a big poo! On the yard and we are for certain a bear must have visited us! So stay safe! Check in was very easy. We loved our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer!

My family of 4 stayed at this home for 5 nights in August. We had a wonderful stay! The check in process/instructions were very easy and we had no issues finding the place or getting in the house. The house itself was very clean-towels, bedding, kitchen, hot tub, decks, showers, all clean and ready for us! We were going to use the grill one night but it was not working and was pretty dirty but really wasn’t a big deal. I had 1 other complaint... 1. The water pressure was very low. I ended up emailing the management company about the issue thinking they would fix it after our stay. We had someone at our door in literally 10 minutes. And he fixed it! The company that manages this property were fantastic!! They were so responsive and accommodating. My kids (11 and 3) loved the foosball table, Xbox, and the bunk beds. They also brought their scooters and used them on the parking pad. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will rent this home again. It’s close to town (although I wouldn’t walk because it’s a very busy road) and we enjoyed all of the hiking, tubing (we would recommend Leavenworth Outdoor), rivers, and the town. Again, great job to the property management company-you made our stay fantastic!

The views, the amenities, the decor, the short walk to town, the spacious yard.... all perfect. Many hours spent on the back deck and in the yard enjoying the views. The home itself is beautiful. There was a group of 10 of us and every single person loved it!
