The house is well equipped with daily essentials. The layout is exactly what we needed where my son and his family could have their own space in the apartment upstairs. The house is very spacious which provides plenty of privacy. We were delighted that the guys could fish right off the dock, dolphins swam right up as if to say hello.
There are many nice restaurants in the vicinity and beaches that are beautiful.
We were in Florida for a family wedding being help at the Kennedy Space Center and this location was very convenient being only 30 minutes from the destination.
We found a fabulous church practically in the neighborhood and were welcomed in like family.
Our stay was great. We hated to leave. We’d do it again!

Overall the house was very nice. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom and I found the bed to be too soft and the pillows were too flat. Also this is the first house that I have stayed in that didn’t have coffee filters that fit in their coffee pot or some spices like salt and pepper. But overall, loved the neighborhood.

We sent four gentleman to work at cape canaveral for a month. Two shift a day. They were tired when they got home and it was a perfect spot for them to relax after long days of work

The location is great, a quiet neighbourhood but only minutes from the beach, restaurants and bars. A lovely outdoors with pool and boardwalk. Inside there is everything needed and is clean and spacious. The first floor annex is great for groups with a varied age range!

Great experience! We had teenage boys that enjoyed having their own space in the upstairs apartment. There is a park directly next to the house which is nice during the day but we found visitors later in the evening after the park was closed. No issues but something to watch. The main house was spacious with lots of room for the adults. The pool was great with lots of birds and wildlife to watch while enjoying the sun. We had one issue with the master shower overflowing into the bathroom. The management staff was very responsive but they were unable to fix it during our stay. Seemed like a bigger issue as a result of how the bathroom was remodeled.

Property is very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. We were able to observe dolphins and manatees from the park next store. Conveniently located to lots of things to do while still being a quiet neighborhood.

This house suited our needs for our large family! So much room and space for all. The layout was perfect with 2 living areas, plenty of bedrooms and a great kitchen. Our family likes to cook so a well stocked kitchen is essential - this exceeded our expectations. The separate upstairs apartment was perfect for the parents - extremely soundproof from the downstairs.
Lastly, the location is 5 stars. Such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Being at the end of the street and right next to a playground was ideal for the kids. Fishing off the dock and watching the dolphins definitely adds to the the 5 star rating.

Although we had some difficulty checking in on the day of our reservation due to the tropical storm, we only lost one day (and were told we would be refunded one night stay). We spent 3 days with family and friends. The accommodations were better than expected with only a few flaws. Due to our visit, we fully anticipate several of our family members making future reservations at this home. We were very comfortable and will consider a return stay in the future as well.

Great House to Vacation in
This house had everything needed for a great vacation. Lots of extras in the kitchen and even some beach items not listed (Chairs, toys etc). The access to the water provided enjoyment for wildlife watching (we saw fish, dolphin, various birds, etc) all from the back yard. The house was clean and spacious. Thanks for a great week!!!

Nice place to stay.
Spacious is the best word to describe this house. It could sleep more. Beware of the size of the beds. There are no king beds! The full beds are very tight for two people.
