The apartment had everything for staying a few days, it’s very close to the beach.

If the smaller bedroom had air conditioner was more comfortable to sleep.

The property is quite near the beach - maybe a 10 minute walk. Very clean, has all amenities you would need for a week's stay. Great for a family. We requested beach towels and received the next day.

The location area is slightly run down but apart from that I can't fault the properly itself.

Purtroppo l’appartamento è a livello strada. Le finestre sono limitate nella loro apertura e si ha l’impressione di essere sempre chiusi. La biancheria non viene mai cambiata nonostante abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. (Ci è stato fornito un cambio biancheria bagno solo perché abbiamo avuto un problema di perdita acqua in casa ). La posiIone vicino al mare sicuramente è ottima 5 min a piedi ma il quartiere è un po “morto”. Tantissimi i locali chiusi e poca gente, quindi zona tranquillissima.

The location was good, close to the beach and you had most of what you needed around. The apartment had most of the needed things to be able to cook, and do most of the usual stuff. Entrance was from the street, so no need to carry luggages upstairs.

First of all - entrance from the street with no hallway - a simple door matt after you get in would be great - otherwise you bring all the dust and dirt from outside. The cleanliness in the apartment was poor quality. The floors and carpets were not really clean. The bathroom floor was not disinfected. Same goes for the shower - and you could see black mould in multiple places in the bathroom. The shower hose was cracked and you'd waste 50% of the hot water - so it wouldn't last 3 people to shower unless everyone is done in a few minutes. We also found hair from other people in the bed. The TV remote control was filthy - no one cleaned it in years. There was a horrid toilet smell and by 3rd day I got really pissed off and fixed it myself - by the time we left, the smell was gone. What pissed me off the most is that it took me 5 minutes to fix it, and only thought about it after 3 days. Another thing is that other people complained before about the smell and no one did anything about it - so the host knew, but didn't care. I honestly think the apartment has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of love. I wouldn't have picked the place knowing what's expecting us there.
