The location was very good--not exactly in the busiest areas, but nearby and easy to walk to. The apartment had lots of space with natural light from multiple directions. After significant negotiation, the host agreed to let us into the apartment before the 16:00 check in time, and was very nice during the greeting.

The layout and furnishing of the apartment is strange and somewhat random. Little unity among the furnishings, as though the place had been filled with random things from various houses. It generally had a dormitory or fraternity house vibe with unrelated odds and ends scattered around. Although it was relatively clean, there was little evident consideration for the guest experience. Air conditioner system makes buzzing noise in master bedroom closet every 90 seconds, as others have mentioned.

The location was amazing. It’s a large apartment with everything we needed. Check in was super easy. On site parking was great. The AC was good. We loved Montpellier and would recommend this apartment.

Nothing
