Staff are responsive, polite and helpful. It is close to a lake and a swimming pool for kids. Clean sheets. A barbeque in the garden.
There was no air conditioning even though it was listed in properties' facilities. This was very disappointing because there was a heat wave and this was one of our most important criteria. We needed to keep the doors open but this meant having lots and flies and mosquito bites. Also, 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are incredibly small with bunk beds and there are no photos of these bedrooms in booking.com. The sink in the bathroom was nearly clogged.
