This is our go to cottage in Norfolk as the cottage is spacious and the river and views at the bottom of the garden are stunning The salt marshes are a short walk away as well as some nice bird reserves The road through stiff key can get narrow so expect some traffic back log especially when buses are coming through With the exceptional warm weather we had during our stay a small fan in the bedroom would have been good

Excellent property in quiet Norfolk village close to shop and café. Lovely gardens leading down to a stream and overlooking green hills with the occasional deer, hare and Kites. Comfortable beds, spacious living room, large kitchen (But prepare to be a slow cook with the electric hob ) Small problem with the Wi-Fi connecting to the Smart TV, but it was quickly resolved. Lovely stay with some great walks up and down the coastal path.

We visited with daughter and grandson and found the cottage excellent in all respects. The accommodation is welcoming, warm (mid-Feb) and suited us well, with enough space for privacy (3 toilets in total - undersold in description!) and great cooking facilities. Garden is beautiful - would be wonderful in summer - and lovely views (husband saw rare bird from bedroom window). Location is also excellent - just a few minutes’ drive from Cley, a pleasant morning’s walk to Wells along coastal path, bus stops just outside, and coffee shop/general stores next door is a fantastic asset. We will definitely want to return.

Great little cottage with a lovely garden leading down to a river. Good base for exploring North Norfolk
