Being close to Bolinas center and hanging right above the lagoon are the highlights of this location. I like to call it "the full Bolinas experience!" The cottage is roomy, clean and well equipped. We loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This sweet little place is at the best location at the end of Warf Road with open views of the water, birds and occasional comings and goings of fishing boats. It’s understated and very homey in a laid back quiet town. I loved it and hope to return for more quiet time watching the shore birds with the occasional gull landing on the deck railing as if it were their home looking at me wondering who I was.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sweet. Great location. Funky. Comfortable.Big problem was that we arrived and the place hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty beds, bathroom etc. ugh. First night wasn’t pleasant, they got a crew out in the morning and refunded us $500, but still, not good.
