Loved that this condo was right on the water and a corner unit which gives much privacy. The balcony also had closing blinds to block the wind or sun if needed. You'll be directed to a vacation rental agency to sign an agreement with them before renting and will go through them during your stay. They let us know in advance that we could do a really early check in without an additional charge which was so appreciated. The condo was older and the elevator was, too, but it was still very nice. Even though we didn't use the dishwasher, water started leaking out on the floor. Since it was a weekend and we only eat out on vacation, we agreed to just turn off the water supply and they were to check it later. Everything else was perfect and so comfortable. We would stay again.

Excellent location with a beautiful beach view! The property manager was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely keep in mind for another visit.

The condo was really nice, fabulous view of the gulf- loved having the shutters on balcony to divert wind yet still have view. Comfortable, very clean-great kitchen. Bedrooms fabulous. Great location to easily go into Clearwater beach or in the other direction, to John’s Pass area. Definitely would stay here again. A great find.

Our condo was on the 4th floor . The elevator was not working for the entire 6 day stay . The day before my arrival, Saturday Dec 11, 2021, I was called & advised of this .I was told the elevator would be repaired Monday afternoon Dec 13th . It was not. When I called the office I was told it would be fixed the next day . It was not . When I called you inquire when it would be fixed this time I was nit called back but a sign was put on the elevator , from the property manager that a part was on back order and there was no ETA for the repair. I was not contacted again by anyone . Myself and my 2 friends are in our upper 60’s . We were forced to climb 65 stairs up and 65 stairs down multiple times a day fir 6 days . We were never asked if we needed or wanted assistance with our luggage when we arrived or when we left. We carried the luggage up, needing to precariously stop on the steps to catch our breath , multiple times . It was much harder going down with the luggage when we left as it bumped down the stairs hitting the back of our legs . While going down , at the last group of steps , the force of the one piece of luggage I had hit the back of my legs with such force that it caused me to fall to my knees . I sustained bruising and extremely sore knees . I should have been informed when I was called prior to my arrival that the elevator part was on back order and there was no ETA on the repair instead of being , in my opinion , mislead that it would be repaired the next day each time I inquired . When I mentioned this to the Sun Vista Realty office I was told that they could only tell be what they were told . Had I been advised of this I would have made arrangements to stay elsewhere . I rented a condo with an elevator . Perhaps that is why I was not told upfront .I advised the Sun Vista office multiple times that climbing the stairs was a hardship and while it did nit ruin my much awaited vacation it certainly put a damper on it .The day I left , Dec 17, 2021, I advised the office that this was unacceptable and I needed to talk to someone concerning compensation . I was advised there was no one there that could authorize anything . I advised them that I was enroute to the airport to return home but expected a call from someone who was in authority to call me by that evening . Within half an hour the owner of the condo did call me . He and I came to an agreeable resolution .
