Wonderful view. Great beach access. Swimming pool and spa. Great place to relax.

Internet pics made inside appealing,however couch and chairs very uncomfortable. Pool/hot tub not working. Micro/coffe maker not clean. Poor insulation sounds next door felt like inside our side.I would not recommend

Everything was clean. Great location and lots of commodities. Quiet for the most part. Neighbors above can be heard especially if they have a kid running all the time.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed such as cooking supplies, beach towels and toiletries. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the comfortable bed. The location was fantastic and we could hear the ocean waves from the balcony. The hot tub and ping pong table were a bonus in the clean community center. Our dog loved her stay too.

The location was excellent, but there were the following problems:
1. The shower curtain was way to large for the bath tub. As a result, about half of the tub was taken up by the shower curtain that bunched up at the bottom of the tub. An incredible liability issue because of danger of slipping. Particularly because there are no grab bars in the shower/bath.
2. The supply of cutlery was very low -- only a few spoons and forks. Not enough for a family of more than 2 people, unless you want to wash spoons and forks before every meal.
3. The keyless entry system was challenging. It usually took several attempts before it actually worked. Then, on the second day of our stay our combination didn't work. We called the emergency number, and were very promptly helped to get in. Not a problem for 2 retired people, but a family with young children would be very inconvencied.

It was a good place to stay. We were really close to the beach which was awesome! Only downfall is that the walls are paper thin… This condo is right next to the office and I could here people talking in the office, and I also could here people in the condo next to us. Also, the people upstairs were very loud. The other thing was that our patio door did not lock.
The space was pretty clean, but noticed on the side of the couch there was a couple dead bugs…
Other than that it was a good location and good place to stay/sleep.

Clean and comfortable condo. Easy check in. Liked it. Comfy bed. Good enough sofa and chairs. Furnishings are IKEA level and some of the finishes are failing. Nice view. Beach access a few minutes walk north or south. More room than a hotel. Dumb faucet for a bathroom sink. We enjoyed our stay of 2 nights. First VRBO experience and first stay in Lincoln City.

Incredible property! The sound of the ocean was enjoyed with the view of the ocean! It’s updated and so fun in decor. Perfect location, close to restaurants and groceries. We brought our dog and the registration process didn’t have a place to mark we were bringing him… lots of confusion! And the owner was so gracious and believed us and didn’t penalize us. We will absolutely return!

Great place to stay with the family! The master was big enough to fit our toddler’s air mattress. Beach access was just across the street. You can see the ocean from the balcony even though it’s technically the ground floor because it’s on a little hill.

Condo was very clean and free from odors (pets allowed) and everything was very comfortable, our little guy had a great time, just a little walk to the beach. Would stay here again.

It was a good space with comfortable furniture and bed. Everything worked well and it had a view of the ocean. Getting to the beach was an easy short walk. It looked like people were enjoying the pool and hot tub. When I asked questions of the managers they were very friendly and helpful.

This was the perfect place for us. My husband broke his ankle and this condo was perfect for him to get in and out of and to watch the ocean. It was perfect for our dog as well. We willl come back when my husband can walk on the beach again

The room was very comfortable. We were on the 1st floor but still had a view of the ocean. Comfortable bed and adequate space in the condo.
Parking was not ideal as the room is as far from the parking lot as you can get,so plan to schlep your bags etc a fair distance to your room. Not ideal if you or someone travelling with you has mobility challenges.
Brought our dogs with us and appreciated the fenced dog use area, complete with a shovel, rake and a can for disposing waste.
Overall we had a very nice stay and would return.

When I arrived, the front office person, Amanda, was quite helpful and welcoming. The whole apartment was very clean. Kitchen has all the basics, including coffee. Bathroom had ample towels and paper products and the bed was really supportive providing a good nights sleep. The couch and chairs in the living room were comfortable and there is a fireplace, too. The view of the water is lovely and access to the beach is right across the road. As an extra added bonus, I awakened to snow on the morning of my departure. I really enjoyed my stay

Lovely condo which has been nicely updated with a mid-century modern look. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything needed for a several-day stay. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and patio. All amenities are provided by the management: laundry room, pool, game room, etc. We had no complaints at all and would love to stay there again.

The place had a great view but had other issues. We had no hot water for 3 of the 4 days we stayed there. Hot tub was so dirty that my wife who will swim in almost anything so no way she was getting in. Both front room and bedroom tv remotes had dead batteries so I had to go out late to get replacements. This place has potential to be a great place to vacation but maybe because we were there in the off season we were unlucky.

The view is beautiful. The location is great. Easy access to beach. The unit is very cute & cozy.
The bedroom is across from the pool (which my 3 kids loved) but the light from pool area was very bright. I would suggest owners buy some black out curtains and it would make a world of difference.
The pull out sofa was great!
I cooked a few meals and kitchen had almost everything we needed. (Needs a pizza cutter! 😉) Carpet had minor stains but for a pet friendly unit it did not smell like it at all! It had an overall very clean feel to the whole place. My only complaint is we arrived an hour early. I called property management 4 times and noone answered the phone. I was inquiring to check in early. I also emailed & no response.
Overall i was very happy w the unit and I would recommend.

It was my 40th birthday and we were listening to music and there was a neighbor banging. I respected quite time it was before 10. I thought that was a little annoying the banging. We left to casino shortly before 9:30pm. I enjoyed everything else though place was great.

We've been visiting Lincoln City for years, but this is the first time we've traveled with our new dog, so we chose this property as they allow pets. The property was clean and cozy and there was no evidence of prior pets. Great location with easy access to the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This is a nice property with a great location for accessing the beach. It is tastefully decorated and was clean. The bedroom window is quite close to the pool so it can be a little noisy when guests are there. This is a family friendly complex with amenities children enjoy. We would probably have done better in a top floor unit as the foot traffic above us was noticeable. Check in was easy and convenient and the condo had everything necessary for our stay. We struggled a little with the living area tv but did not seek help because it wasn’t that important to us. Remote may have just needed fresh batteries. There is a nice overhead shower head and plenty of hot water. The towel rack was in need of repair. As a contact lens wearer, it would have been nice if the sink stopper in the bathroom was functional. You can see the ocean from the sliding door in the living room.

Loved staying at Return of the Jetty, especially since I’m a big Star Wars fan so that was a nice plus. Amazing ocean and beach view with access to the beach right there made this even better. Easy access to the Hwy made getting around town a breeze and our friends agreed that it was a perfect place a weekend getaway. We will definitely keep Return of the Jetty in mind for future stays.
