Location was excellent. Beachfront, and close enough to walk to several stores and restaurants.

The property was on the beach, nice porch, partial beach view, clean, had many supplies, games, internet, two bedrooms, right by the elevator.
Nothing about the property

Spacious and comfortable. Clean appearance. Nice kitchen. Short trek to the beach. Covered parking.
Initially, the unit felt muggy. When adjusting the thermostat I noticed that the humidity setting was at 80%! After reset the space became more comfortable. There was a musty smell to the space. The floors weren’t cleaned properly. Clothes dryer didn’t work properly and the kitchen faucet was very loose. It took a while for those issues to be addressed.
