The rental was perfect for three couples traveling together. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The location was perfect. The only downfall was each room only had 1 set of towels for each person for a week and the no extra pillowcases and the blankets needed to be replaced.

Loved our visit here. Honestly, we could not have been happier with our accommodations. It was perfect! Clean, comfortable, updated and our adult kids and spouses loved it just as much. Perfect set up.

This was the perfect rental for our family! Extremely clean, comfortable, & convenient! I will be booking with Island Realty again. The entire process was seamless & the customer service was phenomenal!

Very nice finishes inside and an enjoyable stay. No electrical outlet on the front of the property if you're thinking of renting a cart, and no place to hose off sand (not really a big deal to us, but the owner may not want people tracking it inside).

The place was nice and clean and am renting again. I have only a few suggestions. Would like to see nicer and more towels in the bathrooms. The dryer buttons need to be repaired. The TV in the upper level bedroom needs to be hooked up to the cable. The property management did bring a portable antenna which provided local channels. Parking is challenging as there is only room for one car in the driveway. Really wish the owner would allow use of the garage. Other than those issues, we were pleased with the accommodations.

The biggest issue involved the stairs and the very tight fit between doors and surrounding area. The The twenty-five steps to reach the general living quarters was not well suited for people over 65 years of age. Not a bad supply of cooking utensils and dishes, but not great either.

Spent 4 nights on a girl’s trip. The condo was clean, furnished beautifully and spacious. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t speak to how well the kitchen was stocked with pots/pans but there were plenty of glasses, coffee cups, plates and silverware. The beds were comfy but could use new pillows and an instruction guide for the tvs would be useful. The condo was super easy to rent through Island Realty. They were very responsive to questions.

loved the decor. the high ceilings made place seem much larger. kitchen and bathrooms all updated. our big problem was maintenance. we contacted the company 3 times about floor vents being dislodged on arrival and master bath door being stuck. No one ever responded. The uncovered floor vents were a definite injury risk. Being stuck in bathroom until someone could push door open wasn't pleasant either. The location itself was 4.3 stars but the rental company definitely subpar.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. We had three couples staying here and it was perfect. Everyone has their own bathroom, which is great. And the place has a lot of charm. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. It is on the far end of Wild dunes, so it takes a few extra minutes to leave, but overall you are still not far from restaurants and shops.

Outstanding property and location. Was very thankful that the property managers allowed us to move our trip back a few days to miss Hurricane Ian. A great extended weekend with my sons.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! I didn't feel like I had to wipe down anything like I do at other places we have stayed. I loved the layout ! At first I didn't think I would but I loved it! My husband fell in love with the master bath shower. It was huge and had rain shower type shower head. I might even get a bathroom remodel after this. We were there for my daughter's wedding so we really didn't get to enjoy the house as much as I would have liked. There were two screened in porches over looking the marshes. I would love to go back and have more time to enjoy sitting out on those.

The location is awful. It’s not clear how far it is to the beach and it’s a solid 10 minute walk. I would never want to do it with little kids. Beach access is not signed from the sidewalk, you literally have to walk between some trees and through a parking lot then between buildings. We drove as it was just too hot to walk though you’re definitely not allowed to drive over. It’s close to the pool which is nice. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas though I can’t imagine carrying them that far. You need to arrange for rental with an outside company. I wish that had been included in the description.
The beach is beautiful but the area is really boring. No local shops, not too many restaurants. No activities. Pizza pick up was 20 plus minutes away, never found a coffee shop. I can’t imagine how busy restaurants are during the busy season. We won’t be back.

The place itself is very nice. The disappointing aspects that kept it from 5 stars are the amenities states it has a garage but actually its locked and not accessible. Therefore the 2 vehicle capacity means that only 1 car fits in the drive and the other has to park down the street. A little inconvenient. Lastly, the description states it accommodates 8 guests but there are only 3 beds and no sleeper sofa so I'm not sure how. Overall a beautiful place and would still stay there again. Would just recommend updating the description to make more accurate.
