Our family of five enjoyed our three-night stay here. The unit was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The good:-We appreciated the daytime shuttle and the on-call evening shuttle. This rental is also close to the passenger drop-off/pick-up area, for even faster access to the slopes.-Our kids loved the pool and hot tub.-Timber Run was so quiet! There was very little sound coming from any of the neighboring units. The less-good:-This unit was incredibly warm at night. Our kids were fine, but my husband and I slept with our window slightly cracked.-When all of us showered in the 5:00 hour, we ran out of hot water. I assume it's because so many people throughout the building were showering at the same time. -The photo shows a dining table that seats six, but the unit only had a four-top table. Overall, we'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend this unit to others.

This property was great for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Overall impressed with the property and service. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Excellent customer service! There was an issue with the front door key pad and we were initially locked out. We called and they had it corrected immediately despite it being after hours. Also, called about a clogged drain that was fixed almost immediately,
