Situation (vallée de Chamonix en général), instructions claires et commodité d'accès, transports (bus) de et vers Chamonix, commerces proches, capacité d'accueil, grande télévision.
Chambres un peu exigües, sèche-linge en panne.

The friendly staff and help from the moment we arrived
Small (petite) place but very cozy

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The location was great. Close to everything
The elevator in the building has been out for the whole stay. Lugging everything up and down is a pain . The second floor toilet is not working and no effort seems to have been made to correct it.
At the end of a day skiing climbing 4 flights of stairs in your ski boots is a real downer on the experience..
