It's an amazing place to take the family and unwind. Very clean, and host was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place for everyone!!!

Great 3 bedroom place with hot tub and pool. Pool more suited for smaller children due to the size, but nice for cooling off. Hot tub was really nice after an active day.

Great place to stay for whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and places to eat.Whitney was very quick to respond. We appreciated the extra trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. The darts were a great surprise and our family enjoyed having them to play when it was raining.

We take 3-5 trips a year. We book all on VRBO and have for 4 years now. My Wife always finds the homes on this site and looks for the best deals for our family. This place checks the boxes. Great place and ammenetities.
The issue I personally have is the Hot Water. During our 5 night stay I did not have hot water once. Our host was accommodating when we 1st called. The technician said the breaker was off. The 2nd time we called they sent a different technician and he said that both elements in the tank needed to be replaced and we would have hot water in 45 minutes. We never had hot water. Our host did get people out quickly but no one checked up on them or their work and to go 5 days with no hot water wit 2 girls 4 and 10 YO was not a pleasurable time. Additionally there was some instructions for the trash on taking to the shed. We noticed household trash in the lower bin on the back porch on the way to the pool that had trash in it and empty beer boxes. There were maggots in the trash otherwise we would have moved it to the shed. We made the best o it for the kids but I wish the owner would have offered a little break in the fees we paid or some credit back to offset this experience. We will not be back to this property
