not much options for breakfast

There was no breakfast. Possibly it was because a new couple was filling in for the owner and they knew almost nothing but they tried.
The temperature was 109 degrees. The air conditioner in the room was not capable of handling those temperatures. The ice maker had not worked in a long time. Both made it hard to sleep in those temperatures.
