A perfect spot to enjoy the beach. This spacious, well equipped unit has a great layout with a balcony overlooking the heated pool, hot tub and the gulf. Comfortable beds. I hope to come back.

This is a wonderful beach complex.
We enjoyed every minute here with our children and grandsons.
The unit is very spacious, more so than the pics show. Clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.
Comfortable and relaxing furniture.
Location is convenient to the elevators.
Perfect view of the pool and ocean.
Also the walk to the beach was shorter than expected.
We will love to return.

Very clean, spacious condo. Plenty of room for our family. Great location to walk straight out to the beach, and amazing sunsets.

The owners should consider a new mgmt company. Moldy, mildewy, we were locked out of the property due to a broken lock they never showed up to fix. They didn't provide us the necessary codes to enter the beach or pool. Beautiful location, but do not count on the management company to address problems.

Condo looks bigger in person then in pictures. Will for sure hold more then 6 people. The place is huge. Everyone in my group had a great time

This Condo was not worth what I paid for it.
It was not clean to my standards. I also had to pay a hefty cleaning fee too for substandard cleaning!
The master bedroom is window is right by the garbage/trash shoot, so if you like being woke up before 7am everyday, this is the Condo for you!
Also, keeping the air at 73 degrees is very uncomfortable, especially if you have respiratory issues like I do.
The location to the beach is a positive.
The pool area was kept clean.
I think the parking spaces/carport lockers need reassigned. My parking space was on the other side of where the beach locker was, not convenient!

The property was very true to pictures. The location is unbeatable. All the staff were super friendly and addressed any concerns immediately. Close to lots of great restaurants and very easy/walkable. Perfect stay!

I recently stayed in this amazing Indian Rocks Beach condo. It was spacious, beautifully equipped, and expertly decorated (if you like the “nautical” theme, you’ll love the decor). And the view! We spent a lot of time hanging out on the spacious balcony which had a direct view of the pool and the beautiful beach!
The location was also good with easy walking to a number of restaurants and fun bars!

The property sits right on the beach! The unit itself was clean but while sitting at the pool a Momma Rat ran out of the bushes along the fence of the pool along with her babies.

We love the amenities the Reef Club offers. It’s close to the beach, pool, golf courses, convenient stores, cafe, restaurants and yoga. It’s a good fit for our large family who all want a little bit of everything on vacation

Some difficulty with TV. No cable, and not familiar with Rocu. A heads up about bringing Our own passwords would have been helpful.
We were not provided with Beach gate code but were able to get it from someone at the pool.

This condo was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of room and beautiful views and very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach and pool. We were there for a family reunion and we all had our own units. Our only complaint was that the codes for the front doors were all the same for all 4 units our family rented. We accidentally walked in a room using the code thinking it was one of our families and it wasn’t.

We loved the layout of the condo. The master bedroom was a little away from the other rooms. We loved that is was such a short walk to the beach and it was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen.

The two condos were beautiful, so clean and the beds were very comfortable. The way the parking was done was very efficient. The pool and ocean were so relaxing. A great time was had by all.

Beautifully decorated spacious condo with a great gulf view! Everything we needed. Great location, just a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to do. Our first time to the area and we loved it. We had to problems with our stay!

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The beds were very comfortable. The living room furniture was very comfortable for us all to relax. Appreciated the ground floor storage unit for beach supplies. Lots of Beach chairs available for use.

Fantastic condo right on the beach! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo was a perfect fit for my family of 4. Both our girls had their own bedroom and a nice big bathroom to share. Onsite laundry and lower level storage filled with beach supplies. We sat on the balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and beach every day. Teeming VR was amazing to work with. The condo was very clean and extremely well stocked. I reached out with a few questions and received immediate replies. Will definitely use them again.

Older building, very well kept. Nice pool and hot tub area. Quiet location convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The unit itself was clean and nicely updated. Well supplied for anyone who enjoys cooking. The beds were all comfortable. The booking team was excellent at communication!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was fabulous! The condo was the perfect space for my husband, kids, in -laws and myself. The pool was heated and the kids loved to swim even on cooler, windy days. The pool deck has a gate and path straight to the beach which made walks in the mornings and evenings an easy and frequent activity. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. We arrived later than the check in time, but had notified them prior to our arrival and were well equipped to access the condo. This was a wonderful and relaxing trip !

Fantastic Week at the Beach
This condo was just as advertised! It must have been recently renovated, because everything in it seemed brand new! The kitchen is well stocked for a vacation week! The condo is roomy and was very comfortable for 5 adults! Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite place to stay. We would certainly return!

We booked this property a couple days before our trip and had an amazing stay. Everything in the condo was new and clean. The location is ideal for a family with young children. The pool and hot tub were a hit and it almost felt like we had a private beach.

Felt like home!
We had such a fantastic stay at IRB. The condo was clean and we felt at home immediately. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and we appreciated all of the extra touches such as use of beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The location was great, and there were several restaurants, shops, etc. within easy walking distance. Our entire trip was fantastic and we can`t wait to come again next year!

We loved the convenience of the pool and beach access. Our kids had a great time. The condo was in great shape with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. We’ll look to book again when traveling to this area.

The beds were very comfortable , loved that each night stand had a charging port for your phone. The closets were large, we appreciated the laundry baskets ! Washer and dryer worked great. The location was perfect. The pool was warm, the hot tub was hot. We especially loved the beach towels that were provided and storage closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogy board. As other reviews mentioned , the parking is tight, and the parking spot is hard to find. We never had to contact the property manager for anything during our stay. I highly highly recommend that future guests go right down the road (within walking distance) to Kooky Koconut and order a Tampa Cuban sandwich!!!! We loved this unit and should we ever be back in the area we would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you very much !!
