It’s small, but it’s right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Awesome ocean view from the sliding glass door in the living room. Comfy bed, clean bathroom. Adequate kitchen stocked with the basics. No washer/dryer in unit. Walls are paper thin (that’s everywhere on the coast tho). They do have beach chairs and beach towels you can use. Restaurants are a 10 minute drive away. Overall an excellent value for the money.

The beach location can't be beat. The place is spotless and the big bed is very comfortable. My only real issue was the noisy HVAC, but the weather was perfect so I just turned it off.

Furnishings need updated. Condo is very small. No dressers to put clothing in. Had to live out of suitcases.

It was a 5th party situation. Call and call around. No help. They take your money, help with nothing. I broke my toe on missing trim. Curtain rods falling down, no electricity, poor plumbing, no furniture for the balcony, air conditioning didn't work at all, pretty sure we killes a roach. Absolutely the worst stay ever

Location was the best feature. Beautiful view steps to the beach! However, place needs some TLC. Rug in living area was filthy! Stains everywhere, floors were dirty you need to wear slippers. It needs to be painted, 1 beach chair was ripped unable to use. Only 1 beach towel so bring your own if you can. Aside from that it was clean other than floors. It's very cute the view and location is unbeatable. Quiet & Comfy. I would book this place again if it were through any other company than vacasa!

Unacceptable to be charged the amount we payed for constant construction noise. Shame on you. I checked with vacasa regarding a late check out, heard back in over 24 hours. Horrible experience.

The AC handling unit was so loud and located in the bedroom. Had to turn it off at night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Plus the vent opened blew so hard had to also close it at times, especially the bedroom and bathroom. Overall it was a good unit but needed some TLC to the ceilings. Also the electric stuff was difficult to turn off. I think the button must be faulty over its long use.

Overall location of this unit is great - steps from the beach, convenient parking. Our view was obstructed by scaffolding during our stay, which was very disappointing. We were made aware of construction going on on the building and common areas, but were assured it would not affect our unit. We were shocked when we opened the curtains to say the least. :( We tried to get over this and go about our trip. Later in our stay when giving our toddler a bath in the bathtub, it began leaking out of the bottom of the tub, soaking the floor. After cleaning it up we looked at the baseboard and it looks like this is a recurring issue. We took quick showers the rest of the stay and bathed our toddler in the kitchen sink. This unit would be great and very convenient to walk to the beach had these things not happened - I feel like I overpaid for this unit given the obstructed view. Probably will not return.

Was nice place could have been cleaner Stained Sheets,
Black mold all over inside of the shower curtain, dirty bathroom rag left on top of the shower curtain bar.
The living room area rug is very dirty and smells disgusting
Nice views and was very good to relocate us do to grinding and painting floors outside of our condo

Perfect location just steps to the beach! Building in need of some renovation which we understand will happen soon. Quick response when we reported a broken beach chair. A new one was brought to us while we sat on the beach. Pattern rug in living room should be cleaned on replaced.

Has all the amenities with beautiful decor, and the views, the sunsets are stunning! Literally steps from the beach!! Very clean! We’ll be back!!

Ceiling in the LR needs to be repaired. Interior painting near slider was not completed. Bath tub drain needs to be cleared as showers resulted in standing in 2 inches of water. AC unit in the bedroom sounds like a jet engine, if you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere.

The condo was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo had all the amenities from internet service, pool, cookware, utensils, microwave and a small electric cooktop. Basically it had everything. The condo it was beautiful. I highly recommend this unit 112.

It’s a nice place , clean . It could use some fresh paint. Mattress on bed too firm for my preference. Overall it was a nice getaway place.

The outside of the property was dirty and needed painted. The ceiling had a lot of water damage in the dining area. The carpet was filthy. There was loud construction going on the whole time and yelling and cursing outside our door. My husband sent email about the constant noise and that we were overcharged for our dogs because we told them we were bringing the dogs and still got charged $500. To this day, we have not heard back from from you. We were very disappointed that you couldn’t or wouldn’t even respond to our email..

An older complex but a nicely updated condo with an amazing view. Appreciate the mid week check in from owners. We normally stay in St. Pete Beach but now prefer this location.

I decided to take a beach trip with my dog last minute and was able to find this cute ocean front condo not to far from honeymoon island! I’ve never taking him away with me before so I was excited! I’ve never used vrbo before but wanted to try something new! The owners were easy to get in contact with during business hours and were very friendly. I had some trouble working the self entry but they helped me right away. I would absolutely rent through them again!

Great beach stay
It was great to stay right on the beach. Place was very clean and had a TV in both the living area and bedroom. Also had extra beach towels and supplies you may need. I would definately stay there again

The room was perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and the beach was amazingly relaxing. Just far enough away from the business of downtown Clearwater, but close enough to experience all that Clearwater has to offer. Checking in and out was a breeze. My fiancé asked me at least 3 times if I can mark this on my favorites list on VRBO to come back to. We definitely won’t forget and will be first on the list to re-visit when we need some sun escape from the Midwest.

Really great location to be close to the activities of Clearwater & Tampa (but easily be able to avoid the main Clearwater causeway if desired to get to Tampa) but have a beach that isn`t as packed as Clearwater right outside your door. The decor was awesome. Can`t wait to come back!!

Rented through Teeming Vacation Rental. Easy to work with, accurate description of property. Easily located. Great beach, great property. Check in and access to condo done with Teeming VR. We knew the area well so felt right at home. BBC management were very nice and helpful. We would definitely return to this property.

Beach Paradise

This is a completely renovated condo. VERY TASTEFUL. Feels spacious and EXTREMELY clean. Also great location and you can get anything you need delivered to your door. I would 100% stay again.

This was the most perfect location of any place I`ve ever rented. The balcony was literally feet from the beach. The views were incredible!! The condo itself was perfect for my husband, myself and our two small dogs. It had everything we needed and was super clean and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfy. Would definitely recommend!
