Beautiful appartment, nice clean building, well maintained.
Swimming pool and sight from both the room as the swimming deck is great.
Location is good, car or Grab needed to go to other parts of Penang, parking place works good.

Comfortable, clean and modern
Air conditioning not strong enough, had to turn on the fan as well. Even then it took a while for the place to cool down. Though air cond was showing 19C, place felt like 25C.

The spacious layout and the nice city view from the balcony.
The main and lift lobby are badly ventilated, both area are found to be stuffy and smelled mouldy.

Ein wunderschönes Appartement, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Es gibt nichts was was nicht gut gewesen wäre.
