The location was excellent as it allowed easy access to the Emancipation Park where we went for our morning walk. That was invigorating. It was also very close - walking distance - to Devon House where we met up with other family members/friends to hang out.

The steepness of the underground parking area, where there was only one flickering light bulb. It was eerie. The lip at the top of the descent to the parking area proved problematic for my low motor car which ended up being scraped on the bottom. I had to let out my passengers before descending into the basement. Thankfully it was not raining at the time.....

Very modern, clean & accommodating. Great location and parking. A great stay for my mum and sister and a very warm and welcoming host. Quick responses and very attentive host to ensure a comfortable stay

Mold on the bathroom, And musty smell in the hallway, also need more variety of breakfast items Stayed for a week on two separate reservation switched room after the first reservation to a different room type , forgot my Gold watch in the safe when I switch rooms made a report to the front desk and the general manager this was on Friday, no one had any update all weekend. I had to wait for the GM on Monday then she claim they’re doing an investigation. Its been three days since I checked out despite sending a picture to the GM and an email , No one has contacted me since and no compensation offered, and my watch has not been retrieved. I would not recommend this property.
