Location is OKish, nice view to the river, interesting shared terrace. Quiet place. It is a hostel like place - staff is friendly, introduced local attractions, Wi-Fi credentials, etc. Building is quite new, but not as modern as some people stated.

Showers, sinks and toilets are shared. I would say showers are not the most clean place around (maybe it was because of other guests). Privacy also might be a concern to some people. Bunk bed setup also might be a surprise.

The location is great, about 9 minutes and you are in the centre of the town. Also the place has river view which is lovely.

The place is like walking back in time howerer clean and good location and affordable. On Booking. com you can see the rooms being quite big, ours were considerably smaller. In fact one of the rooms(room 9) was pretty much just beds and not much any other space for anything else. The pillows were stuffed in much smaller pillow cases and very hard to sleep on. All of us (six people) slept without pillows all night as they were so uncomfortable. I guess you get what you pay for as we were only passing by and only needed somewhere to crash for the night however some improvement is required and true pictures of the smaller rooms should be shown. Would not stay there longer than one night.

In the description it said there will be a fridge, we asked for it the recception lady said there is nothing she can do except reccomend new place to stay but we will have to pay more money. At evening there was no electricity not in the toilet, not in the hall.

We were booked a family room. It is located on the graund floor and has an exceptional view to the river. Rooms size was very large, the kitchen in front of our door.

Only one minus - shared bathroom. In general it is very clean, however it depends on people who use this facilities, if the keep it clean themselves. Suggestion - a shelf in every shower cabin is needed where to keep showering products while in shower.

the property had a great location, about 10 min from the sea and 1 second from a lake.

we arrived quite early but the lady was finishing up with cleaning our room. after she left we took our shoes of to get ready for the beach - the floor was grimy and sandy from the previous guests. the fridge was leaking and the only one socket worked - the one for the fridge. The shared bathroom facilities were also quite gross, nobody cared about how they used the toilet, the toilet rolls were missing about one morning and evening in a row and skid marks and urine were all around the toilet seats. definitely not a romantics place to stay for that reason.

New hotel, big rooms, Teresa with nice view of Lielupe river. Nice stuff.
