We stayed in a brand-new duplex apartment that met all our expectations. As a family of four, the duplex apartment was big enough for us to get together for breakfast and have ample space when we needed privacy. The kitchen met our expectations for preparing a quick breakfast, and the parking space right in front of the apartments was convenient. We checked in and out by message, and it was effortless and smooth.
The bed frame was creaking, but after a long day at the beach, we couldn't care less. Anyhow, this is a recurring problem with wrought-iron bed frames.

It was new, tidy and clean. Good location as well.
Surrounding streets were a bit narrow to navigate with cars.

Great location and parking available. Free water in the fridge.
Slow wifi that does not work when multiple kids online. The modem says it is from 2011. Low roof on upstairs bedroom not suitable for adults. Hot water runs out quickly.

"L'appartamento è molto nuovo con cucina e arredamento nuovissimi. Smart Tv e wi fi molto efficienti. Bagno e doccia grandi e confortevoli. Pulizia ottima."
