Excellent location and facilities in a secure and gated community within a 5 minute walk to la zenia boulevard.; with alcampo and a mercardona / Mcds at the end of the street . Large oriental market with everything under the Sun available . Private pool was fabulous and large enough for 7 ppl and all our inflatables . Plenty of places to sunbathe in privacy too . Large communal swimming pools 2 min walk also . The accommodation was clean , modern and had everything we needed for our stay , including a washing machine .

We had a slight issue with the shower in the en-suite flooding and smelling and the pool got slightly cloudy ; the agency were quick to respond and planned to send maintenance to sort the shower . The pool was maintained twice during our stay with no inconvenience to us and the pool guy came early to avoid restrictions on use .

From the moment I arrived at the property I was impressed but...when I entered it I was blown away as was my family. It was everything and more. Spotless..excellent size for a family of 4 adults and 4 kids..the amount of space was unreal...from the outdoor area which is huge to the pool which in the photos looks small but it is big enough for adults and kids to enjoy its a great size. Washing machine, drying is excellent...and proximity to the shopping centre is as close as you want it..the shopping centre has it all, designer shops to penneys...what more could you ask for. I'll definitely be booking again as will my family. Thanks guys 👍

Accomadation was superb, pool alot bigger than it looks in pictures. And great location

Only thing I wouldn't say was great was the communication from sunnyhomes. We had a couple of little issues (nothing that ruined the holiday) but never was anything resolved, I just in the end gave up worrying about the issues. But thats not really what I should have had to do, when your paying nearly £4000 for accomadation you expect any issues to be rectified straight away but unfortunately they where not.
