Flamingo View Suites & Villas

The location had beautiful views and was very quiet although it was a short drive from restauarants/shops etc

There are so many good things to say about this place. The location is excellent and the service is outstanding. Even in the communication before our stay, Stefano, the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. During our stay, we also received excellent service from the entire team. The private pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was well equipped, and we prepared large breakfasts there for the whole family. We were a group of 7 adults and 2 babies. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

It is not a luxurious or particularly spacious villa, but we left with so many wonderful memories and great experiences from our stay. Our main disappointment was that the villa we were offered and chose was not really suitable for the number of people in our group. In addition, the stairs leading to the lower unit, which is essentially a basement room with space for a double bed, were not very convenient for us. Nevertheless, we will have wonderful memories from our holiday at Flamingo Villas.

We had a lovely stay at the Panoramic Villa and really enjoyed our time there. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They even heard that it was my birthday and surprised us with some lovely platters, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It really made us feel special and taken care of. The villa was clean, nicely arranged, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was definitely one of our favorite things, great size, very enjoyable, and cleaned regularly by the staff. The location was also very convenient. It’s easy to reach by car from Thessaloniki, and there are plenty of beaches, towns, and shops nearby, so having a car makes it very easy to explore the area. Overall, we had a really nice stay and appreciated the warm hospitality and all the little touches that made us feel welcome. We would happily come back!

One small thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are a little smaller than they look in the photos, but we managed just fine. Also, although the villa is advertised for more than 6 people, I personally wouldn’t recommend it for more than 6. The sofa isn’t really comfortable enough for one person to sleep on long-term, and definitely not suitable for two people.

Staff were amazingly attentive and knowledgable about the area, we were grateful for their insights and they offered a gift due to the fact we had just gotten married which was very sweet. Really nice amenities such as wine in the room (we are not drinkers but this bettered some other places we’ve been!) and nice smelling toiletries. They were also very accommodating of our dog which we liked.

Husband said the pool was quite shallow so I chose not to use it. Suites were also very close together so did not feel especially private at times.
