The most perfect location, such character from the building really lovely and would stay again

WiFi wasn’t very good, not much toilet roll and difficult to get in touch with but would stay again and just plan for those issues

A very spacious and cosy house just two minutes walk from the seafront. We loved all the original features and the comfy living space. Once we got our heads round picking the keys up from the Lyme Holidays office and dropping our luggage before leaving the car in the local car park, the permit was a bonus and the system worked week. Kitchen really well equipped and useful back yard. Heating very effective which was appreciated as we stayed during a cold snap.Chippy just round the corner. Right in the middle of everything but still quiet at night. We didn't touch the car apart from the last day when we visited Charmouth

Although we loved our stay a few points which may help future travellers: *no tea bags, coffee or milk so bring your own *no smart TV. TV provided tricky to turn on *bed in main bedroom advertised as a king but felt more like a double * husband and daughter have sensitive skin - sheets and towels had been washed in something very strong which irritated their skin slightly *no dishwasher (but dishwasher tabs provided in clean pack lol)

Location great. House lovely.

Could’ve been a little cleaner. No dishwasher.

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from town/the beach/bus stops/museum. Cosy feel to the property, nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Kind of the hosts to provide tea bags, coffee, milk and treats, we weren’t expecting them.

There’s a knack to using the front door key. Not a moan as such, but when we arrived we thought for a minute that we’d picked up the wrong keys. It’s easy once you work it out.
