Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable and very generous welcome pack
It is in a very steep location (fine for us but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues) and the parking situation was a bit confusing at first.
Also, a cat kept visiting and demanding food! Not sure if it was homeless or just taking advantage but if someone had a phobia or allergy this may have been an issue for them!

Location was excellent, with convenient parking, warm comfortable and had everything we needed.
If I had to mention anything, the stairs creaked every time you walked up and down them.
