I was in Kumanovo regarding a business trip, apartment is great for a business trip its located at the center of the city, 5 min from the apartment is all you need (bank, police, hospital, resturants, markets, coffee bars).
Also, there is a free parking in front of the building. If you are staying here you dont need your car as everything is around the apartment.
There is air condition in living room and also in bedroom so its really warm for these cold days.
The apartment is great if you are coming with family or business trip, recomending it for everyone.
