I can’t say enough good things about the property and hosts. Just pack a bag of clothes and don’t forget your swim suit everything else you could need for an amazing vacation is provided. We will be back soon!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for July 4th. Kara is the most gracious host. She has thought of everything, down to the last detail. We arrived to a welcome basket including wine and snacks. Not only that, Kara included treats for our puppy. Speaking of our puppy - we had a little snafu and Kara was so understanding. She is truly the best! The property is beautiful. Gorgeous area of the hill country. Great community with lots to do. You could easily stay in the Hollows Community and not have to leave for anything, it has it all entertainment & a great restaurant. The Beach Club was fun and easy, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our host set us up for success, great instructions on everything. The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you will need.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay! And Kara was so helpful. Everything was wonderful.

We were staying in Jonestown for a wedding in The Hollows community and this condo was perfect. Kara, the owner, was so helpful and accomodating with everything. And it is so well equipped with everything needed for the week. It was so comfortable and like home. The back porch is fantastic and cozy. Even got in a game of darts. I really can't say enough positive things about Kara and her condo. Thank you!

We very pleased with the property and excited to spend my daughter's spring break from college and 19th birthday there. We had planned a small gathering with 7 of her close friends we've known for 10+ years. They are all very well behaved and respectful teens. All was going well until we received a call from the host on our second morning there. They had reviewed the door cam footage and said we had violated the house rules by having one more guest than allowed. Even though all the guests were quiet, respectful, and well-behaved, the host asked us to leave immediately with no refund. Needless to say, we were in complete shock and disbelief. I profusely apologized for breaking their rule, which was one of a long list of rules they asked us to follow. There were so many rules that we were unable to review all of them within a reasonable timeframe. Upon receiving the phone call, I asked if we could please have a second chance and assured her we would fiercely protect and follow all her requested rules. She would not consider my request at all, and went so far as to threaten calling the police if we did not vacate immediately with no money back. We reserved this rental as a vacation. It was nothing short of a nightmare that left us scrambling to find somewhere to stay the remaining 6 days of my daughter's spring break. Her 19th birthday and first spring break from college quickly turned into a very sad event, and far from a vacation. Upon contact a VRBO representative over the phone, we were told there was nothing that could be done from their end. The rep agreed with my that the host's action was harsh and unfair. He called her and tried to reason with her but got nowhere. I can only assume she either wanted to use the property for her family, or rent it again to receive double income for the week. I'm in the midst of escalating this issue with VRBO with hopes they will do something to help make us whole for this disaster. In the meantime, I would like all potential renters of this property to be aware of this sad and unfortunate situation we faced. It was far from the relaxing vacation getaway we had hoped for and spend a lot of money on.

This was my best experience on Vrbo. Kara’s villa was beautiful, clean, and tidy. You couldn’t ask for anything better! A few days before the booking Kara gave clear instructions that guarantee a smooth check-in. The villa is in the heart of Lake Travis good location, with amazing amenities as Beach Club, BBQ areas, basketball court, playgrounds, walking and bike trails, marina with available Kayak’s for your use. This villa is well equipped you won’t need to bring anything from home they have all you need portable chairs, beach towels, life jackets, coolers, tumblers to keep your drinks cold, pulley car trolley to take all your stuff to the lake. I loved that they provided plenty towels different sizes including for your make up removal and toiletries. You will have all single kitchen appliances and utensils to make your stay comfortable. Washer and Dryer was a plus and don't even need to bring detergent. The back patio is very peaceful during the mornings I got to see deer’s, an a helicopter taking off. One last thing they are dog friendly and they also provided everything that I need it for my dog. We went to celebrate my puppy’s birthday and the host was kind enough to even buy me his present and have it ready upon arrival. The host was extremely helpful before, during the stay and even after.
