Very clean apartment, all facilities there, good household appliances. Comfortable place.
Good location, a bit uphill but hence not so hot as in the town itself. Slept very well whole two weeks. Two AC-s, very useful.
Good value for the money, i would recommend it.
The furniture is a bit old and should be replaced with newer one, when possible.
An additional terace should be cleaned and prepared on the groundfloor for the guests, if possible, as the balconies are a bit too narrow for 4 people to sit together.
