Great location, very good customer service including prompt communication prior to stay and the food at rooftop restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The facilities like coffee/tea/safe/ hair dryer/AC were useful and appreciated. Overall, the room offered excellent value for money.

Shower cubicle floor leaked water on to the rest of the shower room and with the lack of ventilation, left the room damp and smelling musty. The room was advertised as sound proofed but it wasn't. There was a lack of cupboard space for clothes and only a few hangers for shirts etc. The carpets throughout the hotel were clean but stained and could do with a deep wash or updating.

Very newr and staff is helpul

Everything is good

Helpful staff. Great location. Short walk to main attractions. Warm place with good heating. Good spacious rooms.

The staff were helpful in getting the problems sorted but there were a few disappointing parts. The TV didn't work to begin with. The shower was cold-lukewarm temperature and when fixed was still only lukewarm water. The shower leaked everywhere on the last day and the toilet system water started to leak over the toilet too. The washing machine didn't open as the door was broken. We were shown by staff how to open using a butter knife. The bedding could do with an upgrade too. The overall apartment needs some TLC and extra cleaning.
