The apartment was a good size for 2, we enjoyed having a private patio area, which was adjacent to our friends who were staying in the next apartment.
The pool area was good, and the staff were all very friendly/helpful.
Location was also good for the seafront, bars and restaurants.
Nothing, all good

staff was nice and tried to help
the online check in system is trash af. in the massage I received from the hotel it stand that the online check in is "compulsory". At the end we still needed to provide some information on arrival, also twice and the payment of the tourist tax didn't worked. I asked twice about the tourist tax and was informed "all payed", but serval days after the trip I got mail with a link to pay the tax "due system failure".
well if your system sucks, do it on arrival...
also in 1 of 3 apartments the toilet seat didn't work for 3 days.
