Nice newer home. Spacious and comfortably equipped. Large fenced back yard with pleasant views and horseshoe pit. Thanks for providing some bottled water in the fridge. The complimentary snack basket was a friendly touch, though we didn't use it...

The shared bathroom had a paper towel note that warned do not 'push the hot water handle completely down' on the sink faucet. When we arrived the handle was already pushed down and would not allow hot water to flow. It would be helpful to have a mirror in each room. Currently if you need a mirror to prepare for the day you need to use the bathroom, which causes others to wait longer for their turn. Carpets could be cleaner and had a few gaot head stickers in them that stuck my foot.

The snack basket was great after a long trip.

If house was cleaned before we came, they could have done a better job on floors in kitchen and living room. Also kitchen countertops and dining room table were not cleaned.
