Overall, the property was excellent. Great location and the keyless check-in was a benefit. The place was as advertised. The beds were very firm, but manageable. A few items to consider as improvements would be: 1) more, fluffier pillow; 2) more converters for electrical outlets, as only one was provided; 3) more paper towels. But, based on location, size, costs, and AC I would highly recommend the place. Host also provided suggestions of places to visit, places to eat, and transportation options which were great. Thanks.

This is such a pretty apartment and so full of light! The location of this VRBO is perfect and in the coolest neighborhood where one can walk everywhere. It felt safe in the property and on the street. We had a family of 7 adults and so there was plenty of space to gather and a great table to have breakfast. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator. I also enjoyed the balconies to the street and the back porch balcony. Barcelona or at least this property has restrictions on spending time outside late into the night on the porch talking, but it's a great space after a long day in the city to have an early cocktail and tapas. If you are staying several days ask for more towels, dishwasher pods etc. There is a bodega that has everything on the same street but they did try to double my price on some wine as an American traveler so watch the receipt. I will share this property with friends traveling to Spain and hope to get back someday.

The property was clean and well kept, minor issues but the host was notified. Only issue was check in, we were supposed to check in at 5 and when we got there the cleaner was just beginning. Host very communicative. Lots of stairsand a beautiful antique elevator. Perfect location.

Pros: great location, property was very clean, plenty of sleeping space for larger groups, great comms with property manager. Cons: very basic, you won’t find extra towels, coffee, etc. Air units only on the two front facing rooms. We had to keep windows open in other rooms, which was fine because it was cool outside, but then we had to deal with the noise. Neighbors are EXTREMELY sensitive to noises, and this building has very thin walls so you will also hear them. Even if you’re just sitting around in the living room chatting or listening to music they can hear and will complain after 10pm. You will only be able to use balcony during the day, because of noise issues. Overall property was fine and we enjoyed our stay, but if you are looking for a property where you can sit outside or inside in the evening and enjoy some wine and conversation then this is probably not the best option for you.
