Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Hotel is lovely, food was fab. Our only negative issue, were the mattresses and pillows, mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were like sandbags, very hard and heavy. The position of the hotel is excellent, couldn't wish for anything nicer. Shower room was great and the room overall had everything you needed. Lovely little touches, with the mini welshcakes and delicious chocolates. Loved that you could access large bottles of free water daily and place in fridge.
The mattress was extremely hard and pillows were like sandbags, heavy and hard.

Friendly staff
Nice room with welcoming touches and good information
Busy restaurant/bar and ok food
It isn’t really a hotel - it’s a restaurant with rooms
Parking ok once you know where to go but no where to drop off bags etc
Noisy road out front
